Wanted to get a quick lunch but try something non local and less carbo as I was on a photography project with hubby and there’s lots of work to be done. I went to Brotzeit @ Raffles City Shopping Centre which seems spacious and clean. Ordered a Crispy Chicken Salad and my order was served shortly by the swift staff. I liked the vibrant colours and the visual appeal of the dish and could not help whipping out my DSLR to take a good snap ; On the first bite, the chicken fillets were crispy with the fresh and crunchy vegetables tossed in their zesty house dressing makes a great hearty healthy meal!
