My kid and another friend's kid birthday is a day apart and for the first time, we decide to celebrate their birthday together. We decide to cater the mini buffet from Neo Garden as this has been our first choice when it comes to buffet catering as we are very satisfied with their food quality and quantity. They have 3 packages to choose from and we chose Package B that is priced at B $14.99 ($16.04 w/GST)*/$15.99 ($17.11 w/GST) per pax for 8 courses (Min:15 pax). We can choose our 8 dishes from
Yong Chow Fried Rice.This fried rice is nice with lots of ingredients in it. The rice is not those soft type but those grainy type, nice.
Sotong Yu-TiaoThis is quite nice if its eaten hot but still this is swept out very quickly.
Tempura PrawnThis is nice, the outer is crispy and the prawn is fresh.
Steamed Mini Soon KuehThis is one of the must order when I order Neo Garden Catering, I find their soon kueh nice as the skin is soft yet springy and most importantly it still taste nice when it is cold.
Hk Kai LanNothing to rave about this but the vegetable is cooked well as it is green and crunchy.
Curry ChickenOur all time favourite from Neo Garden. The curry is fragrant and the gravy is those thick type. You have to top up additional $0.50 if you choose the curry chicken.
Cereal FishThe fish is fresh and deep fried till crispy. The cereal is so nice and yummy that most of us are scooping the cereals to eat.
As this is a mini buffet and so the delivery man will not be coming back to collect and so the food are all packed in disposable containers and are delivered in this bag to keep the food hot. We can keep this bag after using. Great Service, thumbs up.張貼
