Among buffet, I would always prefer Japanese one. Thus I came Momiji, on one of the day after working with my colleague to achieve work-life balance. Reservation in advance was recommended, it was to avoid and cut down the waiting time for walk-in queue. Dining area was spacious with all the tables in well arrangement, ambience rather cozy with wooden stylish décor. I must say the food at counter was comparable to any high-class established restaurant, but it failed to refill enough to cater to every patron or I was slower hand to grab. Anyway their Grilled dishes such as Enoki Bacon or Scallop were tempting, each of them served in pretty small portion. Attached my number clip on my favourite food, I ordered everything to try. The chef cooked on the spot, action was efficiently quick. Delicious to the max no matter their marinated taste or natural tender, BBQ was slightly burnt with appropriate fragrance and tangy for my liking. Kaminabe wise, the pot was stuffed with assorted veggies and meat. Hot soup was very hearty, served up warm with decent sensation. Towards the end, dessert choices were not too much. I just simply took some fruits and chocolaty, endless sweetness. Price was $43.80++ for adult during weekday, little steep yet worthy for big eater.
