Running out of dinner choices in MBS. We have decided to give kraze burgers a try. We always think that its another fast food chain but it is not. The Megabite - $16.00 Two Juicy Beef Patties and Two slices of Cheese, added with Kraze's Special Steak Sauce on a Whole Wheat Bun. 2x100% beef patty, 2 slices of cheese, onion, home made pickle, lettuce, sun ripened tomato, kraze steak sauce, wheat bun.
At the side of the plates, there is some appetizer. Creamy macro mixed with nata de coco, pineapples etc. Tasty!
This is the cross section of the burger, the way it's served. Due to that its thickness is too big for my mouth to handle, i ate it layer by layer and i felt its bland. For the beef patty, its purely beef taste and no seasonings or anything - taste like cooked in boiled water. I guess this is not the way to eat it, therefore I changed my method of eating - minimizing the thickness by removing the top portion (bun and vegetables), it's different.
ServiceIt's quite difficult to get the staff attention to take the orders. However, the waiting time for the food is reasonably okay.
Ambience
Ambience is good. Spacious, restaurant is playing music in the background that is up to date.
Price
About steep for 1 burger and without side dishes.

There is 20% off the bill if you are holding UOB credit card. 10% service charge and 7% GST still apply.
