The Café Cartel (已結業)

Cafe Cartel is never a first choice for food as their lighting always make the whole place feel very warm. The reason we want to have dinner at Cafe Cartel is because, they have the shortest queue as both my hubby and me are very hungry and rather not choosing the longest queue. Food are okie and price are reasonable. The only think i like cafe cartel is their desert.
