I would totally recommend this buffet. It has fantastic seafood, a wide selection of dishes and mouth watering desserts. Even the complimentary fruit juice was great – the orange juice was pulpy and definitely not syrup base! And the waitresses were ever attentive and very helpful when I asked for a surprise birthday cake for my uncle.First the seafood – sashimi, oyster, clams, prawns (cold ones and grilled ones). All fresh, all big and sweet. The others –there were so many I can hardly remember

The others –there were so many I can hardly remember all now. What left an impression was the indian food (surprisingly nice for a hotel buffet), the cheese section (suits our Asian taste bud, unlike a few other buffets that serve very strong cheese that we are unused to), the soup (bakuteh was very close to hawker standards!)
And the desserts – HEAVENLY. I particularly enjoyed the tarts, waffles and cheesecake. In fact, if you are a desserts person, I would suggest starting from the desserts then going on to the rest of the buffet. Its really too good to miss anything.
