Try walking into Yuhua Village Market & Food Centre on a Sunday evening to experience the presence of operating stalls. At an attractive cost of $4, one get to enjoy the Hor Fun filled with "Wok Hei" smell. These Hor Fun were readily prepared by the side and the helpers just have to prepare the beef and gravy over it, thus reducing customers' waiting time.

Portion of beef was not any miserable and on the contrary, what they had given was generous. Meat was tender and chewy. The only peeve that I had was its gravy as it was rather bland in taste, thus the score for the dish was very much affected by this. But still I have to say that, $4 a plate was very much worth the price as compared to what I had over in Clementi.
