Drink Tea serves a different kind of pearl- the Roselle Pearl which supposed has more health benefits and less fat content than the usual black pearls. The pearls have an attractive bright pink colour that is not due to any food colouring but due to the natural Roselle plant extract. The pink pearls (looks a little like oversized fish roe) are actually comparable to the black pearls. They are of the same size and as chewy as their black counterparts, minus the guilt. I had Camellia Tea with Roselle Pearl. The Camellia tea was very refreshing and fragrant and goes very well with the Roselle pearl. A healthy combination indeed!
