From what I know, it is a famous Cantonese dish whereby the chef put some deep-fried pork in a pool of sweet tomato sauce. In fact, there were also other ingredients inside. Consist of beautifully tender pork which cut into pieces in crispy batter, the size was just nice. It was absolutely classic delicious cuisine, not only kids but also attracted elderly. Without overly sweet or sour, the taste was equally built. The harmonious combination gave exciting flavours that thrill our taste bud. The
