The first impression when the waiter serves me this dish I was full of hope and high expectation to it as the presentation looks pretty awesome and creative. However think I am just not too use to mixing a total raw egg to a cooked dish. The taste of this mixture is quite confused and not distinctive at all. Though the noodles are quite chewy and nice and the bacon used in cooking this dish is also fresh and juicy. Think the raw egg may be the spoiler for this 'look so good' dish. Or perhap
