We also ordered a plate of carrot cake to share. My girlfriend love the white carrot cake while I am more of black carrot cake person but we still got the white one. The white carrot cake was really good. It was very crispy and fried into big pieces unlike some places where the carrot cake is fried in small pieces. The outer part of the carrot cake is so crispy while the inside is soft and chewy. I really like the carrot cake bits, it really makes you want to eat it mouth after mouth. They were very generous with their egg, the egg is very fragrant and well seasoned. The amount of chai poh they added is just right, the chai poh gave the dish a little crunch and give it more salty taste. It was rather nice as a whole.
