I couldn't decide on the white or black carrot cake so I got half-half. Best of both worlds! The carrot cake was really soft and very fragrant. It was fried nicely and it wasn't too oily. The black part wasn't too sweet as well and I gobbled it all up quickly. The sambal chili is a good complement to the carrot cake. The chili here is sweet and slightly sour with a dash of spiciness. A hearty meal!
