had cha shu miso ramen at ajisen ramen, went with 3 friends to hougang mall during dinner hour, easy to get a seat, we were serve the corner seats facing the edge, good because its spacious. the staffs are friendly and smiley too. one thing i like about the ramen from ajisen is that the ramen doesnt get soggy even after you take away. its very smooth, bouncy and awesome. very different from all the ramen noodle. soup base was good too. love the miso. but dont really like the cha shu. its too thi
one thing i like about the ramen from ajisen is that the ramen doesnt get soggy even after you take away. its very smooth, bouncy and awesome. very different from all the ramen noodle. soup base was good too. love the miso. but dont really like the cha shu. its too think and not soft enough for my liking. and its not seasoned to get rid of the meaty taste. usually i would just eat one or two, cant finish all, too meaty. and the egg is not the 3/4 cooked egg where the egg is very soft on the outer and yolk still 3/4 cooked. other than that its ok.
