This char siew ramen soup is one of my favourite dish from this restaurant. The noodle is chewy and thick which is the ideal kind of noodle for me. The char siew is really big in size but is very thinly sliced to ensure the meat is not too tough and at the same time maintain its juicyness. Few slices of seaweeds and chopped spring onions are topped on it to add in that extra nutritious value to the soup. This char siew ramen soup is one of my favourite dish from this restaurant. The noodle is chewy and thick which is the ideal kind of noodle for me. The char siew is really big in size but is very thinly sliced to ensure the meat is not too tough and at the same time maintain its juicyness. Few slices of seaweeds and chopped spring onions are topped on it to add in that extra nutritious value to the soup. And not to forget the soup which is really thick and sweet which I think the sweetness of the soup comes from the long hours of boiling it with the meat bones. This is indeed heavenly delicious to me.
