Bought home a pack of hokkien mee from this stall, when I ate at home it is still moist and fragrant Not many hokkien mee has small cubes of fried pork fat, thus it has enhance the overall texture and flavour. Their belachan chilli is not too spicy still ok for me. The lime gave a freshing taste of the noodles.
