in town area, you seldom able to find cheap and good food, except maybe in hawker centre. But you might complain that it is hot..Tong Seng has aircon in the 2nd level, which few people knows about. I tried this chicken rice today, but i love its mee siam and mee rebus. im a regualr customer here and i love its service too. I never have to bother finding seats for myself, they will do it for me. I never have to wait more than 5-10min for my food to be served to be. And no gst and service charge h

Better than food court, i would say.
