I ended my nice meal with a cold dessert. I ordered the cheng teng from the dessert stall. The dessert was really refreshing. They first prepare the ingredients, then add the syrup and finally topping off with shaved ice. The shaved ice made the dessert less sweet and colder. The ingredients were not a lot, did not see any ginko nut inside, normally for cheng teng, you will see one or two ginko but this had none. There were a couple of longan. The ingredients were not a lot, did not see any ginko nut inside, normally for cheng teng, you will see one or two ginko but this had none. There were a couple of longan. The longan made the dessert sweet. Well for the cheap price, you cannot expect too much, what you get is good enough.
