What new craze are we having now in Singapore? Haha. Its chilled beancurd! It s another new craze other than bubble tea! Seeing many new stalls selling this kind of chilled beancurb which has many different type of flavours available unlike those traditional beancurb we been having since young.Even my dad know about this new craze. Anyway, this is the first time trying out this type of chilled beancurb. Why? I wasnt into queueing for the beancurb. Glad that my dad bought for us!
Before trying this chilled beancurb, I realised from the container cover that this stall is emphazing on using 100% organic soya bean, no preservative and no gypsum powder and most importanly its freshly made! Wow, isnt that a much healtier version of tau huay! And it tasted yummy too. My dad got me a sweet corn flavour. Its tasted really nice, quite refreshing and not too sweet. And the beancurb texture was very soft, smooth and a little creamy. Slurps!
