Ricky Hainanese Boneless Steamed Chicken Rice (已結業)

I went to the albert centre fodd centre and market for dinner. There were many stalls closed by the time I went there. I decided to settle for the hainanese boneless chicken rice. apparently my plate of chicken rice still had bones. I had to spend some time removing away the bones. The rice I found it too be too soft and a little sticky. The chicken was very tender. They also gave some achar with the chicken. The achar was very crunchy.
