First impression does count. I liked what i see when my sister passed this box of chicken rice that she took away from Pow Sing Restaurant for me. A good portion of chicken with a fair amount of chicken liver and a few slices of cucumber packed nicely with rice in a plastic box. First mouthful of the chicken and rice was rather delightful. The chicken was cooked nicely to achieve the desirable tenderness and still managed to retain its full flavor. The rice was fragrant and at the right softnes

A good portion of chicken with a fair amount of chicken liver and a few slices of cucumber packed nicely with rice in a plastic box. First mouthful of the chicken and rice was rather delightful. The chicken was cooked nicely to achieve the desirable tenderness and still managed to retain its full flavor. The rice was fragrant and at the right softness. The level of spiciness of the chilli is rather minimum. The spiciness is not distinctive with little ginger or garlic taste and it has got a slight sweetness.
I enjoyed it nonetheless.
