I was in this Coffee Shop for a quick lunch on a Saturday. I was rather surprised that most of the stalls in this Coffee Shop have already closed down and left with just 4 to 5 stalls.I decided to have Chicken Rice. I was asked whether for $2.50 or $3.00. I went for the smaller portion as i was a little doubtful of its taste. Despite its unappealing presentation, it actually tasted not bad. I was given part of the breast part with slices of cucumber. The breast part though not quite tender but

Despite its unappealing presentation, it actually tasted not bad. I was given part of the breast part with slices of cucumber. The breast part though not quite tender but it was not dry. The rice was slightly yellowish in color with a slight taste of chicken stock.
A bowl of soup served along with it. It tasted pretty light with quite a strong peppery taste.
The chilli tasted just average. The level of spiciness was pretty mild with a slight ginger taste. The ginger paste was pretty well-done. It has got a rather smooth texture with quite a distinctive ginger taste.
Though not the best but i would think this is not too bad a choice if you are in this coffee shop with not much choices to choose.
