Timbre @ Substation is the only outlet among the three that opens on Sundays. I was here with my friends on a Sunday and I remember that the following Monday was a public holiday, labor day.There was a live band and just the same, the music was once again a great boost factor. My friends and I ordered beer. I had the Erdinger ($15++) and Louisiana Fries ($7++). The Erdinger draft beer was good just like anywhere else. The Louisiana Fries topped with cajun spices was a lovely finger food snack.

It was served hot, freshly cooked, and with just the first bite, I could taste the fresh mashed potatoes inside. We also requested for chili sauce for dipping.
