This is the first stall of Provence I was introduced to and how good it is when the famous custard and chocolate rolls is just freshly out of the oven.Well truthfully, whether people are just totally engrossed by the advertisement that it's so so good, I find it rather normal - i dont' taste the chocolate at all. Sure it is great when its out of the oven, its still soft and warm, just nice in your mouth, but really, I don't taste any chocolate nor custard, as you can see the line of the filling

It's expensive , 60c a piece, for a ridiculous small bread. Bread has the biggest turnover, making it from such a small piece of dough, to puff up. So imagine this small rolls are like thumb size which only costs like probably 5c to make.
But really, any custard roll lovers care to enlighten me, esp. after four leaves, breadtalk start copying the bread too.
Instead, I like provence's dry cheese bread, which i forgot the name. Now that's unique and super nice!
