For my birthday, my cousin bought me a little slice of heaven from Canele! With the cute box and design, they took it out and lighted the candle.The cake? It was covered with chocolate powder all over, with the inside gelatin and rhum/grape if i'm not wrong giving the warm alcohol feeling, and cherry on top! It was a total feat, and I'm sure it's made with total patisserie dedication. It has a layer of chocolate mousse as well; a perfect round chocolate tart cake. Although it is nice and delicio

Although it is nice and delicious, this is not the best of the best dessert - something more better I've tried!
