Merlion Wayfarer was at Tanjong Pagar on a "Once Upon" fever. After trying out Once Upon A Rosti, she walked that few steps to try on Once Upon A Milkshake at Maxwell Chambers. It was a weekday night and quite quiet after the rush of office hours.
