For my birthday a few months back, my friends bought me a Chocolate Mousse Cake from Polar.What I really loved about this cake is how it was light and could be eaten in excess without it being too creamy. This is because the cake consists of light chocolate sponge and creamy chocolate mousse which is a great balance.Definitely a cake to try for those who do not like cakes that are too creamy or chocolatey as this has the right balance.
