One of the best attractions and a must do for tourist is to walk down this nostalgic street style dining in Chinatown food street. With the newly renovated area with high ceiling canopy glass shelter and internal cooling system allowing diners to enjoy a fuss free meal regardless of rain or shine, day and night.

With so many spread of local delights available there, it was hard to have them all. Our first stop was Chong Chong Ngoh hiang Prawn Fritter which was just situated right next to our table.

Ngoh Hiang rolls are a unique Hokkien and Teochew dish served in many
hawker centres. Wrapped using beancurd skin, with a mixture of prawns, minced meat and spices. Items were selected and cost calculated was based on these selection. They were then put into the hot oil, fried and cut into pieces, then ready for serving.

Besides Ngoh Hiang, I also like their "pink sausages" and fried chestnut cake. The chilli was spicy and it is recommended that you dab a little of the items onto the chilli to enjoy a burst of flavour.
