claypot laksa

Yet another claypot laksa. I had one recently and like the idea of having my laksa cooked and served in a claypot. I somehow thing that the claypot does gives the laksa a special taste. Anyways this claypot laksa is really good. Firstly the laksa gravy is so thick and tasty. They seemed to have added the right amount of coconut milk. The thick bee hoon is very chewy and cooked perfectly. It does not absorb any of the gravy but lets the gravy coat around it. They are very generous with their ingr

They are very generous with their ingredients like their tau pok, cockles,fish cake and prawns. The prawns and cockles were very fresh and they added some sweetness to the dish. The tau pok was awesome to eat cos it absorbed all the gravy of the laksa making it very juicy. Really enjoyed this bowl of laksa.
