The claypot rice served here is really awesome. We had their Seafood Claypot rice which was served with a cornucopia of ingredients- fresh fat prawns, flsh slices, lap cheong and green leafy vegetables. The salted fish that is embedded in the rice gives the fragrant rice a nice flavour. The mix of black sauce and sesame oil also helps make the rice really tasty. I also like how you have to scrap the residual rice that sticks to side of the claypot. It is one of the best parts of eating claypot rice as these residual rice are usually slightly burnt- they have a really addictive crispy and smokey taste!
