Claypot chicken rice is quite common but claypot sesame oil chicken is my first time trying. Cooked on Charcoal stove, this is what I had for dinner. When it was served to me, I can hear and see the bubbling of the hot gravy. I like the gravy which had a strong sesame oil taste. This dish went very well with the plain rice.
