Yusheng also known as lo hei (in Cantonese) is a raw fish salad. It consists of raw fish slices (salmon for Sakae's), mixed with shredded vegetables and a variety of sauces and condiments, among other ingredients. It is also a relatively sweet salad. I like Sakae's yusheng as being a Japanese chain restaurant, the raw salmon slices used are fresh unlike some Chinese tze char restaurants out there.
