My throat didn't feel well so I wanted to have something light and not too heaty for my break and nothing cools down a burning throat like KFC's coleslaw does! The coleslaw consist mainly of fine pieces of cabbage and carrots and mayonnaise. It is just like eating salad just that the vegetables are in smaller pieces.
