After a mad fun run at fort canning, we wanted to head to song fa bak kut teh but the queue was just a nightmare. even if two stores just a stone's throw away from each other. and this was at 8pm at night. we weren't about to wait.Someone then suggested Saizeriya over at liang court. it's been a long time since I've last stepped into Saizeriya so why not then? I made an order for a pecorino pork pasta. or so i thought.This was just garlic bacon pasta though.Which i topped with tonnes of cheese p

Which i topped with tonnes of cheese powder. made it too dry with my cheese but I loved it anyway. The bacon was fragrant in garlic and the pasta soaked up the pork flavour from the fatty rinds. Eat with a dash of tabasco and chilli flakes for some heat.
