Came here on a Thursday night for the monthly "Science Cafe" where a local scientist talks about interesting topics in their field of expertise. It seems they host lots of interesting, small events here. Anyway, arrived about 30 min before the talk. It was about 8, so I was in the mood for a drink. They have an interesting selection of beers and ciders (definitely no Tiger or Heineken!) and I opted for the caramel apple cider for S$12. It wasn't quite what I expected but yummy - tasted like

It wasn't quite what I expected but yummy - tasted like cream soda. Definitely a cider for girls. My boyfriend was sleepy, so he ordered a cappuccino with chocolate milk - it was SO good! Made me wish I ordered that too
Ambiance is cozy with little tables, couches, posters on the walls, lots of old books to browse, etc. Also saw people working on their laptops, so I guess there's free WiFi? Anyway, it's a interesting spot and I'll definitely be back.
