Firstly diners will already have an impression its a crab specialist with the several crab shells decorated on the walls. My order for crabs was for the signature crab bee hoon soup and also the black pepper style. Love the soup taste especially when its served hot, just the bee hoon and the soup alone is enough to wow. Crabs on the other hand are freshed, with the crab meat easy to bite off and not stucked to the shell like dead crabs do. The black pepper version was also unique in its own way,
