This is Marble Slab at Plaza Singapura's new extension.Good place to chill out, on sofa seats.Lots of vibrant flavours!And lots of mix-ins for selection.Tried their new flavour, which is the Creme Brulee, at almost $4 for a single cup.Tastes authentic, just like the actual creme brulee dessert itself, except that I find it a tad too sweet. No doubt it tastes good, but it soon sent me craving for plain water, so I was only able to finish about 3/4 of the cup.As a rough gauge, I usually go for 30%

As a rough gauge, I usually go for 30% sugar for Bubble Tea, which is just the right amount of sweetness for me. I would rate this Creme Brulee icecream at probably 80%-100% sugar as compared to Bubble Tea's standards.
