One of my favourite snacks from Old Chang Kee. The staff was polite and gladly picked another set when I requested for one that was just deep fried. Be treated to a cripsy outer "crust" that most importantly is not oily and a juicy crab claw on the inside that is not dry. For chilli lovers, it goes well with the sambal chilli too!
