My hubby is huge fan for Taiwan Egg Crepe and so each time he has craving for it, we would buy it from Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks stall.. Our favourite is the Crispy Floss Egg Crepe. The egg is panfried and topped with an imported spring onion crepe. Chicken floss is then added to the top before rolling the crepe up and cut into bite size... Sweet sauce and Chinese parsley are added on the crepe. The crepe is soft and a little springy, the floss and egg filling is well combined and nice.. You
