I'm always craving for a snack in the middle of the day! Happened to pass by Jollibean one afternoon and I decided to try their crispy pancake! I had a crispy red bean pancake freshly made and was really pleased with each bite I took. The pancake is really crispy as its name suggests and the red bean filling was just sweet enough. Its incredible how they made the pancake layers nice and thin. It does not feel too heavy as a snack and its nice and light to carry the snack around! Will definitely
