crispy puffs

the curry puffs here are very crispy due to the puff pastry type crust and deep frying. the filling is quite spicy but there's not filling. it is mostly air. no egg either. prefer my puffs with lots of fillings and egg. it is very oily and the paper bag was soaked in oil by the time we got home. but it was still crispy. best eaten warm or the oil will be sickening. costs about $2
