One of my favourite feature of Ichiban Sushi is their wide variety of sushi that are not seen commonly. They even have sushi that are wrapped with cheese and filled with ham. The tuna is relatively spicy and may not be suitable for anyone who can't stand spicy food. They mixed the shrimp roe with the tuna and you'll taste the shrimp roe in every bite although they didn't put in much shrimp roe.
Overall, it was a creative dish and does not taste weird. I'd recommend my friends to try it.
