My friend bought this for me for no reason. Don't ask me why he bought two same cupcakes and both of them are chocolate flavor. Ok, first cupcakes I tasted was the one in the middle. It is soft and not too dry or soggy which tells me that the amount of water used is just right. I assume the temperature used to bake the cupcakes is good according to how to "holes" that is present in the cupcake itself - evenly spread, not too much of a difference, not sunken. It is soft and not too dry or soggy which tells me that the amount of water used is just right. I assume the temperature used to bake the cupcakes is good according to how to "holes" that is present in the cupcake itself - evenly spread, not too much of a difference, not sunken. The toffee unfortunately is not as fragrant as it should be, more of the toffee nut could be added as well.
Then let's move on to the double cupcakes - chocolate ! Oh right, the cupcake base is pretty much the same only the toppings are different. Okay, the chocolate, do you love chocolate? Then you will love this! It's so chocolate-ly and just oh-so-chocolate-ly that I could not taste that I am actually eating chocolate frost with cake only until I finished up the chocolate . The only negative remarks is- the chocolate actually covers up the actual taste of the cake alone . But oh well, if you don't mind XD.
