After trying out those flowy custard paus, I was keen to try on a more economical custard pau to see how it was like since I have never tried one before. The custard pau for Kimly is marked with a green dot for easy identification. I took away one home and steamed it hot the next day. The pau skin is quite ok, not too tasteless.
