There are a few Nasi Lemak stall in Adam Road Food Centre, but Selara Rasa’s queue is always the LONGEST. When the queue is long, it can take about half an hour before you can have your breakfast or lunch. My opinion is that both the rice and the sambal chilli are the main factors that would contribute to a good Nasi Lemak. The rice is cooked just right with light coconut fragrant and texture is not dry or too moist. The sambal chilli is DA-BOOM! It is spicy and little sweet and it taste great w
