This outlet of the The Daily Scoop is located at Chip Bee Gardens, a stone throw away from Holland Village. You would have expected the cafe to be away from the hustle and bustle of Holland Village but it was quite crowded around 8-9pm when I was there. I guess this shows how popular The Daily Scoop is! We had butterscotch pecan on waffles. The waffles was not too fantastic, perhaps too soft and not crunchy enough for my liking. The ice cream was generous with pecan bits. Not too bad a place to
