The Café Cartel (已結業)

the cakes at cafe cartel are really to die for, i know it is very sinful and fattening but they are simply awesome. my hubby and i would drive out to the cafe cartel in the evening to buy some of the cakes for breakfast the next day. their chocolate cakes are so sweet and sinful. but it is very rich and chocolaty. the cake is so moist that even after you put it in the fridge for one night, it remains moist the next day. the chocolate is not completely sweet, it has some bitterness in it as well.
