Another good food at Chinatown is this fred kway teow mee. The queue was rather long cos we went at the peak hour but it was definitely worth the wait. The fried kway teow was very fragrant, the kway teow they used were very smooth but a little oily. it was fried with the correct amount of black sauce, however it was not too sweet. The shop keeper was very generous with the portion of cockles and fish cakes. The cockles were really very fresh, it added some sweetness to the dish. There was also

There was also some bean sprouts in the dish, the bean sprouts were cooked perfectly and were still crunchy and juicy when it was served. Really satisfied with the fried kway teow from this stall.
