I came across Delisnacks and noticed that they selling hot desserts beside selling fried fritters as their main business. I was a little surprised and went to find out more. They are actually offering 3 kinds of hot desserts, namely Tau Suan (Spilt Beans), Bubur Hitam (black glutinous rice porridge) and Bubur Terigu (Wheat Dessert).Agreed to adding coconut milk to my bowl of Bubur Terigu for additional taste. Agreed to adding coconut milk to my bowl of Bubur Terigu for additional taste. The lady scooped the wheat dessert from the cooker which was installed near the entrance of the stall and poured some coconut milk directly from a pack. I thought it was quite an unusual scene.The bowl of wheat dessert was semi sweet and tasted quite well. Its starch was consistent in the mixture. What's good is that for take away, there are no additional cost incurred.
