Sunday was well-spent with family and friends. I spent my afternoon with my friends and ended well after this dessert session. We went to Tampines 1 for window shopping and decided to have desserts for tea time. Hong Kong Sheng Kee has several branches around Singapore and well-known with its hong kong fruits desserts. All the branches shared the same concept and theme. There is a self-service counter which allows customers to order and make payment. The desserts are then served by the staffs. We ordered Mango Aloe Vera Sago @S$5.30. Love the colours of the mango. It taste as sweet as it looks. The dessert can ease thirst with aloe vera combination.
We also ordered Avocado Float @S$5.90. This is my first time trying avocado as dessert and i am loving it. The avocado taste is rich.
Next, we have Black glutinuous rice with coconut ice-cream & honey pearls @S$4.30. The black glutinuous rice taste strong and the combination with the coconut ice-cream was just nice. Coconut ice-cream doesn't taste too sweet and it blends well with the combination. Good job on this..
The branch was full house that afternoon but the turnover was fast. We managed to find seats after a while. The staffs diligently clear the tables so that the next customers can start to enjoy the desserts. If wish to have fruits desserts, you may consider to drop by for a quick one.張貼
