A short walking distance away from Buona Vista MRT, 1 Caramel @ Rochester offers sweet desserts. It can be rather quiet and romantic on weekdays, but may get crowded on weekends. I like the polite and friendly staff there. I can never get enough of their desserts, not only appealing to the eyes it also scratches the itching sweet spot! These are some of the desserts that I tried: You should try it too!
